Facilities & Exhibits Associate
The Children’s Museum is looking for an experienced Facilities Associate with experience in commercial cleaning and landscaping. Primary job duties include but are not limited to; vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, buffing, waxing, lawn mowing, and snow removal, and general exhibits maintenance. Ideal candidate will have cleaning and landscaping experience. Schedule will be four days during the week from 6:30 am – 2 pm. Candidates must be able to work weekends and weekdays and be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Weekend/Holiday Visitor Services positions available!
The Children’s Museum, in West Hartford, is looking for highly motivated, energetic and friendly individuals to fill entry level Visitor Services positions on weekends and during school holidays. Individuals will be trained as cashiers, birthday party guides and floor docents. Applicants must be able to commit to a consistent weekend schedule and must have availability to cover weekdays during the local school districts February and April vacation weeks. Interested persons should apply in person at the admissions desk of the museum, during regular museum hours (9am-4pm).
